PERFORMANCE REVIEWS PROCESS
MANAGERS WILL RECEIVE A REMINDER FROM PAYCOM ABOUT THE REVIEW DATE APPROACHING AND START WORKING ON THE REVIEW.
COMPLETE THE REVIEWS FORMS BEFORE PERFORMANCE MEETINGS. 90-DAYS & YEARLY GOOGLE FORMS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SAVED UNDER THE TEAM MEMBERS' FILE BY HR.
SEND SLACK OR E-MAIL THE PEER GOOGLE FORM LINK TO THE TEAM MEMBER PEERS. THE PEERS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH A COPY OF THEIR REVIEW; THEY CAN SHARE THE ANSWERS WITH THE MANAGER VIA SLACK OR E-MAIL.
SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH THE TEAM MEMBER BEING REVIEWED. FEEL FREE TO TAKE THEM FOR A LUNCH OR COFFEE.
USE ALL THE FORMS RECEIVED TO CONDUCT THE PERFORMANCE REVIEW MEETING.
ONCE THE MEETING IS DONE, GO TO PAYCOM (FORM 8. CUSTOM FORMS) AND UPDATE THE "NEXT YEARLY REVIEW" DATE TO THE FOLLOWING YEAR. THIS LAST STEP GUARANTEES MANAGERS WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL REMINDER WHEN THE NEXT PERFORMANCE DATE IS APPROACHING.
