PURE PROJECT 401K PLAN
Start investing in your retirement right now! Pure Project deposits a Match of 50% of Salary Deferrals. The maximum Match Team Members can receive is 2% of their gross wages. In other words, you receive a Match of .50 cents for every dollar on the first 4% of your Salary Deferrals.
Quick example: If someone earns $20,000/year, the maximum Match they could receive would be $400.
PROCESS
Once you are eligible (1st day of the month after 6 months of employment), HR will send you a fillable form via e-mail through Adobe Sign.
Look at the 401K ENROLLMENT BOOKLET
Complete the form - Sections 1, 2 & 3. Signature on section 4 AND your Beneficiary information.
Deductions on your payroll will start the following pay period.
IMPORTANT: You can change your selections any time of the year, just reach out to HR.

401K ROLLOVERS
Do you have an account balance from a previous employer’s retirement plan or an IRA? If so, you can rollover the vested portion of that account into this plan. Contact your previous employer and HR for assistance.
We will give you a rollover form for your signature to start the process.
