Interview Process
Prescreening with HR (Virtual or phone interview).
In-person with Department Managers and/or Supervisors
Offer letter or additional interview request.
Referral program
After 90-days of employment, $200 for Full-Time hire and $100 for Part-Time hire.

Standard Requirements for eligibility:
Work in the current position for at least three months.
Performance meets Pure Project standards for the current position.
Received all positive performance reviews within the last 6 months and not currently following a performance improvement plan.
