MANAGERS WILL RECEIVE A REMINDER FROM PAYCOM ABOUT THE REVIEW DATE APPROACHING.
MANAGERS TO DECIDE WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THE 360 FEEDBACK.
MANAGERS SHOULD COMPLETE THE GOOGLE FORM: "MANAGER."
REVIEWED TEAM MEMBERS SHOULD COMPLETE THE THE GOOGLE FORM: "SELF REFLECTION." MANAGER TO SEND THE LINK.
MANAGERS SHOULD SLACK OR E-MAIL THE LINK TO PEOPLE THAT OFTEN INTERACT WITH THE TEAM MEMBER BEING REVIEWED. HR CAN ALSO HELP TO SEND THOSE - PLEASE REACH OUT IF YOU NEED HELP. SEE THE FORMS BELOW:
"PEER" FORM FOR TEAM MEMBERS AT THE SAME LEVEL OR FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
THE "TEAM" FORM IS TO BE SENT JUST IF THE TEAM MEMBER HAS ANY DIRECT REPORT - THOSE CAN BE ANONYMOUS. ONCE COMPLETED, ASK HR, ROBBY OR JESSE PINE TO SHARE THE FEEDBACK.
MANAGERS SHOULD USE ALL THE FORMS TO CONDUCT THE PERFORMANCE REVIEW INTERVIEW.
HR WILL AUTOMATICALLY SAVE THOSE FORMS INTO THE TEAM MEMBER'S PROFILE.
IMPORTANT: ONCE THE MEETING IS DONE, GO TO PAYCOM (FORM 8. CUSTOM FORMS) AND UPDATE THE "NEXT YEARLY REVIEW" DATE TO THE FOLLOWING YEAR. THIS LAST STEP GUARANTEES MANAGERS WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL REMINDER WHEN THE NEXT PERFORMANCE DATE IS APPROACHING.
