EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAYS
EVERY QUARTER, PURE PROJECT CLOSES ALL OUR LOCATIONS TO APPRECIATE OUR TEAM MEMBERS.
ACTIVITIES DURING EADs INCLUDE VISITS TO NON-PROFITS, VOLUNTEER WORK, FARM VISIT, AND FUN DAYS AT A PARK OR BEACH!
HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT EADs:
They are not mandatory.
They are unpaid hours.
If a meeting occurs during the EAD, the hours spent on the meeting will be paid as a discretionary bonus (does not affect overtime payment or count as hours worked).
If you usually work weekdays and by attending the EAD, you lose hours and cannot compensate them throughout the week, you can submit Flex PTO with your department manager's approval.
After the EAD, Team Members often decide to keep enjoying the day in another location. Any activity after the EAD is not sponsored or organized by Pure Project.
DRINKING RESPONSABILY
Often during EADs, Pure Project will offer beers to Team Members. We ask everyone to be responsible while drinking. Carpool if you plan to drink, and please do not drink and drive.
For any questions, please reach out to HR.
